Refund policy

To request a return, write to millerjohn0082@outlook.com with your order number and a short explanation. Under UK distance-selling rules, you can cancel within 14 days after delivery and then return the goods within 14 more days. nove-link also accepts eligible, unused items within 30 days as a goodwill return.

Goods should be securely packed and include accessories. Change-of-mind return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. We refund the standard outbound delivery charge for a valid statutory cancellation, but not an upgrade chosen by you. Once the parcel is received, we process refunds to the original method, normally within 14 days.

If a product is damaged in transit, notify us as soon as possible and retain the packaging. Faulty or misdescribed goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015; we may repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. Opened sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons are excluded only from change-of-mind returns.
