nove-link dispatches UK orders from the fulfilment location selected for the product. Most orders leave within 2 business days. The standard service generally takes 4–10 business days from dispatch; a delivery estimate and fee are shown before you pay.

Carrier tracking is supplied when available. A signature or photo confirmation may be used. If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members and neighbours, then contact us so we can open a carrier enquiry. Delays caused by strikes, severe weather, customs checks, or incorrect details are outside our direct control, but we will assist.

Any UK VAT, duty, or carrier handling charge is presented at checkout where calculable. If a carrier collects an amount on delivery, the customer is responsible unless the checkout expressly states that it was prepaid. We cannot guarantee delivery to restricted locations or PO Boxes. Re-delivery resulting from an incomplete address may require an additional fee.
